People have made our company solid and successful

The Board of Directors, with three-year terms, guides the company and is comprised of eleven members. Among them, three are external to the shareholder group: the Chief Executive Officer and two external members with extensive experience in the sector and in corporate finance.

A system of Management proxies and authorizations ensures and facilitates corporate management.

The Board of Directors and managers are also supported by monthly and quarterly reporting and an Investment Committee.

Alma Petroli has adopted a Code of Ethics and the 231 Organizational Model and has a Supervisory Board composed of three members, two of whom are external experts in the field.
