Alma Petroli obtains Gender Equality Certification.

After initiating, in recent months, a process of analysing and improving our internal procedures with an equity-oriented approach, we have obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification.
This certification represents an important milestone within a broader commitment to the development and evolution of our organisational culture, encompassing growth opportunities, inclusive language, and everyday life within the company.
The certification process has allowed us to measure, understand and enhance what already works, while identifying future areas for improvement.
We continue with a strong sense of responsibility, aware that gender equality is not a goal to be achieved once and for all, but an ongoing commitment to be renewed every day.
